Indus International University (IIU) is a private not-for-profit university located at VPO Bathu, Tehsil Haroli, District Una, Himachal Pradesh.

The University was established in 2009 under the Himachal Pradesh Establishment and Regulation Act, 2009, with the right to confer degrees under Sections 2(f) and 22 of the UGC Act, 1956.

IIU offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes across its academic schools, with full programme offerings in Engineering and Management, while Pharmacy, Sciences, and Hotel Management offer select academic levels.

The University has been established by Kartha Education Society (Mumbai), which is part of the multinational Knowledgucate Group of Institutions headquartered in the UAE.

The Knowledgucate Group operates educational institutions including playschools, K–12 schools, pre-university colleges, undergraduate and postgraduate colleges, and a university in India. The group also operates institutions in the UAE and the United Kingdom and offers programmes in the online space.
